Role Overview

An Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the customer journey, ensuring a well-managed, positive customer experience. They will work with internal tools, templates, and processes to execute a world-class customer experience.

What You Will Do

Create Success Plans, determine ROI value for customers, manage escalated customer satisfaction issues, and cross-collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Customer Success experience, strong organizational skills, and experience in success plans and customer health scoring.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous Customer Success / Customer Management experience
  • Experience in success plans and customer health scoring
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in tracking actions, resolving issues, and de-escalating customer concerns
