Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of the accounting, management accounts, and financial reporting for selected business units within the Division. Partnering closely with operational management, including location managers, you will ensure the delivery of accurate financial information, maintain robust financial controls, and drive compliance with established procedures.
What You Will Do
Own the preparation of monthly management accounts, delivering insightful variance analysis and performance commentary across designated business units. Produce accurate and timely monthly reporting packs to support business and divisional reporting requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA,ACA, AAT)
- Previous experience in management accounting, including period-end processes, purchase orders and sales invoicing
- Advanced Excel skills with strong overall IT literacy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across finance, operational and commercial teams
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn new skills
- Able to work independently, problem solve effectively and remain calm under pressure
