Role Overview

The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a central role in the development and execution of integrated marketing and brand communication initiatives across Biltmore Farms’ portfolio of businesses and properties. This position serves as a key connector between brand strategy, content development, creative production, tenant and partner communication, and campaign execution.

What You Will Do

Helps drive the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Biltmore Farms business units. Collaborates with the Marketing & Product Manager and internal stakeholders to develop campaign messaging, communication strategies, and storytelling initiatives aligned with brand goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Operations, Project Management, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in marketing communications, brand marketing, content strategy, or a related field
  • Experience leading and coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
