Role Overview
Join Bipsync’s Marketing team as a GTM Associate, supporting outbound prospecting, lead qualification, database management, and commercial operations. Work closely with the team to drive business growth and learn the tools, process, and discipline of enterprise business development in financial technology.
What You Will Do
Generate and qualify outbound pipeline, manage inbound inquiries, support events program execution, assist with marketing content distribution, and help maintain the health and accuracy of Bipsync’s contact database.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- No prior work experience required; a commercial internship, research assistant role, or student society leadership is a strong positive signal
- Genuine interest in financial markets and institutional investment management
- Strong written communication
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable with data and tools, including CRMs and marketing automation platforms
- Proactive, coachable, and accountable
- Confident using AI tools to accelerate research and outreach
