Marketing & Communications Specialist role at Bird, reporting to Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications. The role supports corporate brand, strategic communications, and external reputation through social media, content creation, investor and media communications, project-based stakeholder engagement, and crisis communications.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in corporate communications, marketing, media relations, or digital content development
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for varied audiences and platforms
  • Experience managing social media channels and analyzing performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative mindset with confidence working alongside executives, operations, and external partners
