Role Overview
As a senior marketing operations manager, you will be responsible for managing and further developing the HubSpot setup in the marketing automation area, leading to a new level of performance. You will analyze the lead funnel and derive concrete improvements, ensuring a clean and traceable lead handover for sales and BDR. You will also make dashboards, reports, and evaluations the basis for better decisions.

Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of practical experience with HubSpot
- Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Revenue Operations experience
- Familiarity with Lead Scoring, Workflows, Funnel Analysis, and B2B Sales Processes
- Analytical thinking, revenue mindset, and a good sense of clean structures
- Fluent German language skills
