Role Overview
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the company’s presence in the mid-market segment. The Account Executive will work with the Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth post-sale transition and maximize customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales cycle, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. The Account Executive will also maintain comprehensive records of sales activity and use data to forecast outcomes and optimize the commercial strategy.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role, selling B2B technology solutions to Mid-Market clients. They will also have direct experience with Business Messaging platforms and a strong understanding of mid-market organizational structures and purchasing processes.
