Senior Programme Manager – Data Operations: AI Transformation and Organizational Enablement

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead AI-powered transformational initiatives across the data organization in operations and organisational enablement. The successful candidate will establish and lead a robust programme management framework that supports the delivery of a portfolio of AI-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment between business priorities, data strategy, operational processes, and emerging AI capabilities.

What You Will Do

Manage Complex Programs: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs at a senior leadership level. Champion AI & Automation: Identify and advocate for the inclusion of AI within data operations to automate manual processes, enhance decision making and increase overall system, process, and collaboration efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities across a complex organization
• Demonstrated ability to shape and drive effective governance structures
• Experience running operational meetings (prioritization, status, roadmapping) to monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and maintain operational health
• Skilled in building compelling data-driven presentations, operational reports, and standardized documentation
• Strong change management skills with the ability to influence internal teams and stakeholders, inspiring action and holding owners accountable
• Experience implementing or optimizing portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira Portfolio/Advanced Roadmaps, Airtable, or similar enterprise solutions)
• Strong working knowledge of modern data platforms, pipelines, BI tools such as Tableau,Qlik or similar tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience)
