Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive customer experience in IT technology, MSP or related industry, and a proven track record of creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
What You Will Do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the lead point of contact for all commercial matters related to your assigned client base, gaining a detailed understanding of their business drivers and objectives, and ensuring ongoing retention of customers through negotiation of contract resigns and regular reporting meetings.

Requirements
