B2B Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Manager to join our Bolt for Business team in Madrid. You’ll drive our sales growth, reach out to businesses, meet clients, pitch, negotiate, and close deals for mid-sized businesses.

What You Will Do

Manage the sales funnel, process leads, prospect, cold call, close deals, and build a well-balanced pipeline. Set up outreach strategies to establish strong customer relationships and achieve growth and sales targets.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales
  • Strong professional expertise in selling business services to SMEs and mid-sized businesses
  • Passionate about sales and consistently achieving ambitious targets
  • Proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing mid-market clients
  • Effective communication in English and Spanish
  • Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset
