Senior Manager Advertising Operations

We are looking for a driven, pragmatic, and highly analytical Senior Manager Advertising Operations to help scale Bolt’s rapidly growing business in Tallinn, Estonia. Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa, and we need your help to achieve our mission of making cities for people, not cars.

Requirements

• 8 years experience in RevOps, Go-To-Market, Program or Project Management within marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B SaaS, AdTech or Retail Media
• Proven track record of launching revenue-generating products and tools across multiple markets and customer segments
• Strong program management skills with the ability to bring structure, manage dependencies, and drive fast, effective decision making
• Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Engineering and Commercial teams with the ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven recommendations
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven with strong SQL skills and experience in data modelling, analysis, and visualisation
• High ownership mindset with strong communication skills, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
