E-commerce Digital Marketing Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially minded E-commerce Digital Marketing Associate to join a well-established luxury British leather brand. The role is ideal for someone who has already gained solid digital marketing experience and is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You Will Do

Manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media, email marketing, website content, and customer engagement channels. Create, edit, and repurpose short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and promotional content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
• Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social media channels
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks
• Creative thinker who enjoys contributing ideas and testing new approaches
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining an authentic brand voice
