Role Overview
As an Account Manager in CRM, you will be a key driver of growth and customer success within your territory. You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver best-in-class service and support, and help clinicians deliver optimal patient outcomes through the use of our technologies.
What You Will Do
Sell Boston Scientific products by scheduling and conducting sales calls with current and prospective customers to achieve revenue and unit growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Execute territory-specific sales strategies that address the needs of hospital staff, physicians, and decision-makers.

Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical/sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical or sales role in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Willingness to participate in a rotational 24/7/365 on-call schedule with the sales team
- Flexibility to work variable hours and complete an extensive training program
