Role Overview
As the Product Owner, Sales Enablement Platforms, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the platforms that enable commercial teams to work more effectively. You will partner with sales, technology, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, improve user adoption, and deliver solutions that simplify processes and drive productivity.
What You Will Do
Own the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for sales enablement platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities and user needs. Partner with commercial, technology, finance, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related technology role
- Experience managing business applications or digital platforms that support commercial or customer-facing organizations
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional product teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritized product roadmaps
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Benefits
- Minimum Salary: $106,800
- Maximum Salary: $202,900
- Variable compensation (e.g., overtime, shift differential, annual bonus target)
