Role Overview
This role will work on the Urology Sales Compensation team supporting compensation of more than 350 U.S. sales representatives. The senior sales operations analyst will develop, design and generate sales incentive compensation plans and territorial sales quotas for all field sales personnel.
What You Will Do
Manage monthly and quarterly commission and bonus payment process, process and report compensation, revenue and quota adjustments, ensure accuracy of commission plans and payment calculations, assist sales team with sales compensation questions and concerns, design and execute product focus promotions and contests, field sales awards programs development, execution and process improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working sales operations, sales support and/or related analytical experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word — ability to access databases, cross reference and data validation, basic formula understanding
