Role Overview
The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, Lifecycle will help build and scale lifecycle programs that create long-term customer relationships and drive measurable business growth. This role combines data literacy, analytical thinking, experimentation, customer insights, and hands-on execution.
What You Will Do
Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, motivations, and lifecycle opportunities across Lower and Movoto. Analyze customer, funnel, and business performance data to identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue. Build programs that drive business impact, lead experimentation and continuous learning, and build scalable systems and processes.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, retention marketing, product growth, marketing analytics, customer analytics, revenue operations, or a related customer growth discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
- Experience designing, executing, and evaluating experiments
- Demonstrated ability to independently own projects and drive results
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
