Role Overview
Glass America is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues with a focused approach on business to business sales development.
What You Will Do
Utilize CRM to create daily routes, making a note of each visit in the system. Identify accounts that will be a part of your outside sales activities for a sales cycle. Establish face to face and electronic communication with customers to build, develop and expand long lasting relationships.

Requirements
- 3+ years successfully selling business services
- Proven track record of exceeding financial objectives and metrics
- Experience in account management / outside sales / B2B sales
- Auto Glass, Automotive and/or Insurance industry knowledge is a plus!
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process
