Role Overview

We are a performance marketing agency from Munich looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to connect web design, tracking, and marketing automation. The role involves building, adjusting, and further developing websites and landing pages, implementing web designs, and setting up tracking and marketing tools.

What You Will Do

You will take on technical and design tasks around websites, landing pages, tracking, and marketing setups, including building websites, implementing web designs, setting up forms and CRM systems, and building automations.

Requirements

• Experience in building websites, landing pages, or digital funnel pages
• Safe handling of website builders like Webflow, Onepage, WordPress, Elementor, or comparable tools
• Good sense of web design, user guidance, structure, and conversion
• Basic understanding of how forms, landing pages, CRM systems, and email marketing tools work together
• First experience with tool setups, interfaces, or automations
• Interest in tracking, data quality, and technically clean campaign setups
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Good feeling for prioritization, technical details, and clean handovers
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
