Role Overview
We’re looking for a Manager of GTM Recruiting to lead our Post-Sales and Marketing recruiting function. You’ll own hiring strategy and execution for some of Brex’s most important teams, those that are certain to create exceptional customer experiences.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of GTM Recruiters focused on hiring top talent, set and drive team goals around pipeline quality, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.

Requirements
- 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
- 2+ years of people management experience leading GTM recruiting teams
- Track record of developing recruiters: giving direct feedback, running 1:1s, and building high-performing teams
- Strong analytical instincts; comfortable reading pipeline data and translating it into action
- Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
- Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving, evolving org
Benefits
- Salary range: $148,800 – $186,600
- Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
