Role Overview
The Sales Director leads the full sales function for a market, overseeing a team of Event Directors, Business Development Managers, and Event Consultants. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales culture, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop a sales team, drive revenue and business growth, ensure operational alignment and client excellence, and provide regular sales reporting and forecasting.
