Lead Innovation & Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Lead Innovation & Business Development Manager will drive the deployment and execution of innovation initiatives across Latin America, ensuring alignment with global strategy. This role will act as a key bridge between global strategy and regional execution, accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions at the point of sale and enabling new commercial opportunities across LATAM markets.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include driving pilot programs and validating new solutions in partnership with customers and regional teams, supporting high-impact commercial opportunities by integrating innovation into customer value propositions, and enabling regional teams with solution-selling practices, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field
• Experience in payments, POS solutions, banking, fintech, or digital solutions, or in complex B2B services environments
• Proven track record in business development, partnership structuring, and strategic deal execution
• Strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to translate strategy into execution
• Experience operating in cross-functional and multicultural environments
• High level of autonomy, with a demonstrated self-starter mindset
• Strong project execution and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel across LATAM and interact with global teams
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high levels of ambiguity
