Role Overview

We’re hiring a Director of Account Executives to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization at Broccoli AI. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven SaaS sales leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, drive revenue growth through strong pipeline management and sales execution, and improve sales processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven track record leading quota-carrying AE teams
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scaling SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales motions
  • Excellent coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong operational discipline
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
