Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of growth for our US business, owning outbound pipeline generation, supporting account expansion, and helping shape how we go to market. This role is on the cutting edge of using AI and LLMs to scale all things sales.

What You Will Do

You’ll leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster, building targeted prospect lists, drafting outreach sequences, synthesizing account research, and prioritizing leads based on relevance and timing. You’ll also support the broader sales team, organizing client meetings and contributing to the development of sales and marketing messaging.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
  • Commission structure: Competitive and performance-driven, tied to business development success
  • Bonus: Eligible for annual performance bonus based on the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
