Role Overview
The Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder with additional responsibilities as a Floor Leader on Duty. They provide direction to Bear Builders, model Experience First behaviors, and achieve store sales goals.
What You Will Do
As a Floor Leader on Duty, you will guide a team of associates, provide exceptional Guest service, and ensure smooth store operations. As a Bear Builder, you will provide Guest service, create a warm atmosphere, and uphold operational excellence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
