Role Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Director (International), the Field Marketing Manager, Benelux, is a pivotal, revenue-focused role responsible for driving pipeline and bookings growth across the region. The role involves owning the full regional marketing mix, from demand generation campaigns and digital marketing through to events, content, social media, and sales alignment.
What You Will Do
A typical day will include owning the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Benelux region, designing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns, analysing Salesforce and marketing performance data, managing and optimising regional marketing budgets, and building strong partnerships with sales teams.

Requirements
- Experience in demand generation, field marketing, regional marketing, or a similar revenue-focused B2B marketing role
- Proven track record of driving pipeline, opportunity creation, and revenue outcomes through marketing activity
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Experience with Salesforce and using dashboards, reports, and campaign metrics to guide actions
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
