Role Overview
Lead and develop the outside sales team to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products meet customer demands. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and foster long-lasting relationships with clients.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute national sales strategies, lead and mentor a team of regional sales representatives, establish and maintain relationships with key customers, and analyze market trends.
