The Digital Analytics Manager plays a leadership role in executing the Caesars Entertainment Strategic Analytics mission of providing world-class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and serving as a trusted business partner to operational areas including Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Hospitality. This role partners closely with digital marketing, product, and loyalty teams to analyze digital campaign performance, customer journeys, website and app engagement, and online customer behavior.
Requirements
- Build productive business relationships with Senior leaders in the organization
- Partner with marketing and loyalty program leaders to analyze direct marketing offers and customer campaigns
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing initiatives and promotional strategies
- Develop presentation materials that synthesize analyses into a format ready for senior management consumption
- Drive training, on-boarding, and development of junior analysts in technical skills, tools & processes
- Analyze customer segmentation trends, CRM data, and loyalty program performance
- Serve as a key analytics partner to marketing teams
