Role Overview

Lead a team of sales professionals to develop relationships with Caesars’ VIP customers, driving growth through outbound sales telemarketing. Manage team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify business opportunities.

What You Will Do

Responsible for group performance management, coaching, and development of sales professionals. Gather information on best practices, keep current on property events and promotions, and coordinate sales programs with marketing.
