Join our Cause to create a person-focused and economically sustainable health care system. As a Business Development Executive, you will sell all Regence product lines across various market segments while building strategic relationships with producers and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Sell new Regence business and solutions, build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and key industry networks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- 4 years of sales experience with 2 years preferred in employee benefits or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Currently licensed, or must become licensed within 90 days of hire, to sell insurance (health, life, and/or disability) in the state or states where business is conducted
- Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of auto insurance
