Role Overview

Supports Distribution objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development by assisting in advanced analytic projects. Implements local market planning and analysis. Leverages agent and district information to make business decisions regarding areas of opportunity, segmentation of agents, planning, etc.

What You Will Do

Manages the delivery and day-to-day operations and maintenance of new and existing systems to meet business requirements. Supports the lead function of implementation activities, troubleshoot user/system issues and documentation.

  • Data Mapping & ETL – Intermediate
  • SQL & Data Querying – Advanced
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) – Intermediate
  • Marketing Automation Tools – Advanced
  • Tag Management & Analytics – Intermediate
  • Call Analytics & Routing Systems – Entry Level
