Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will drive sales growth and market expansion for the company’s premium construction and interior products. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with commercial developers, architects, contractors, interior designers, and residential clients while identifying new business opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors.
What You Will Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, promote and sell premium products, lead negotiations, and conduct market research.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in business development or sales within the construction, real estate, building materials, or interior solutions sector
- Experience selling aluminum or uPVC windows and doors, kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, or related architectural products
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing new markets, and closing B2B and/or B2C deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong network within the construction, real estate, architecture, and interior design industries
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/sales reporting tools
