Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the financial planning, analysis, and strategic growth of Carriage. The Financial Analyst will be integral in providing data-driven insights that support operational efficiency, pricing strategies, and long-term planning.

What You Will Do

Analyze financial performance across multiple service lines, monitor and track key performance indicators, assist with business specific analysis, and conduct financial reviews with Directors or Regional leadership.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, 2–3 years of financial analysis experience, and strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–3 years of financial analysis experience
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software
• Experience with Power Query/Power BI is a plus and OneStream Mandatory
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Benefits

• Compensation: $75,000+ (Depends on Experience)
