Role Overview

As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families, congratulating new parents and grandparents, and helping them prepare for the first day of school. You will foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, value and optimize skills and talents, and continually educate yourself and your team on product styles, features, and benefits.

What You Will Do

Become a product and brand expert, welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits, and consistently model service standards and omni-channel experience.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
