Role Overview

As a Business Analyst focused on marketing data and technology projects, you will play a key role in shaping solutions that improve digital experiences, enable smarter decision-making, and support enterprise growth. You will work across product owners, engineering and architecture teams to turn ideas into action, defining requirements, improving processes, and helping deliver scalable capabilities that create impact.

Partner with product owners, engineering and architecture teams to turn business requirements into actionable work items. Support marketing data and technology initiatives that improve digital capabilities, strengthen data use, and create measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Experience as a business analyst or in a similar role supporting marketing data, digital capabilities, or marketing technology initiatives
  • Ability to translate business needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, and delivery-ready documentation
  • Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems, customer data flows, integrations, and digital marketing operations
  • Experience partnering with product owners, engineering, architecture, analytics, and business stakeholders in cross-functional delivery environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business goals to practical technical solutions
  • Experience with tools or platforms such as Google Analytics, customer data solutions, cloud platforms, analytics tools, or other marketing technology platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, information systems, or a related field
  • Five or more years of experience in business analysis, marketing technology, digital operations, or a related area
  • Track record of helping deliver cross-functional initiatives successfully and driving meaningful business outcomes
