Role Overview
As the Territory Sales Manager, you’ll drive sales performance, cultivate strong distributor partnerships, and amplify brand presence in a high-energy, field-based role. You’ll represent the CELSIUS brand across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels, typically visiting 12 to 15 stores per day.
What You Will Do
Drive Celsius ‘perfect store’ execution, expand SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotional activity. Execute brand strategy across retail locations within assigned territory, conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM application.

Requirements
- 1+ years in consumer goods sales, preferably in beverage, distributor sales, or related industries
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass an MVR screening
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face customer interaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver presentations and engage large peer groups
- Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems
