Role Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager contributes to strategy and leads regional demand generation programs, managing customer engagement activities to drive uptake, interaction, and pipeline for the Cengage and Gale portfolios.
What You Will Do
Own and implement regional demand and engagement marketing programs, optimize and deliver regional marketing campaigns, regionalize global marketing assets, and support thought leadership initiatives.

Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in demand marketing, engagement marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on driving leads and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of demand marketing, engagement marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Ability to regionalize and customize global marketing materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills to support campaign reporting and engagement measurement
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams of moderate complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
