Role Overview

The Program Marketing Manager is a marketing professional with experience in managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to reach diverse, global audiences of learners. They effectively partner with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to strategically plan and manage full-cycle marketing projects, driving enrollment for an assigned program portfolio.

What You Will Do

Work closely with graduate education colleagues, master’s program leadership, and external marketing experts to execute integrated marketing plans to achieve application and enrollment targets for assigned programs within the portfolio. Review campaign performance and adjust on an ongoing basis to improve ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience, including hands-on management of integrated digital campaigns (email, web, social, and paid media) or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing plans to drive lead generation, applications, or enrollments for multiple programs or products.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation and email platforms, web content management systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar).
  • Proven project management experience coordinating multiple, concurrent marketing initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for marketing and promotional content.
  • Experience in higher education, healthcare, or a similarly complex, mission-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations to non-marketing audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data, report on performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Slate), marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, UX best practices, and managing or updating web content.
  • Experience managing external vendors and creative agencies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management; comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and a high degree of professionalism.
