As the Senior Manager of Revenue Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and revenue impact. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Revenue Marketing, you will own the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies and integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you will orchestrate multi-channel programs that span paid media, field events, digital marketing, webinars, nurture tracks, and content marketing. You will work cross-functionally with the BDR and Sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing programs. You will be responsible for pipeline outcomes, continuously optimizing strategies to maximize performance and conversion across the funnel.

You Will Have the Opportunity To:

  • Demand Gen & Integrated Campaigns: Architect and lead integrated marketing campaigns that align with business growth goals, leveraging webinars, events, content marketing, paid media, nurture programs, and more. Utilize intent data to target high-value accounts and improve engagement. Own and manage quarterly pipeline targets related to your campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization & Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, including key metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline impact. Use data to identify areas for improvement and continually optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Sales Alignment & Enablement: Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to support outbound strategies and ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline acceleration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution.
  • Experimentation & Growth: Foster a culture of experimentation, continuously testing and optimizing marketing tactics to improve conversion rates and drive scalable growth.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, or revenue marketing, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong background in managing multi-channel campaigns, including content marketing, webinars, email nurture tracks, and digital channels.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and ABM tools (6sense, UserGems).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline reporting, attribution modeling, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving, innovation, and driving business outcomes.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $125,000 – $140,000 annually + equity.
