Role Overview
As Senior Manager of Business Development, you will drive growth and manage high-value relationships within the midstream and natural gas utility sectors. You will act as a key liaison in the Arizona and California markets, proactively identifying new business leads and ensuring our service offerings align with the evolving needs of our strategic partners.
What You Will Do
Proactively identify and qualify high-potential business opportunities, cultivate and manage high-level relationships with key customers and community stakeholders, analyze regional market conditions, and execute regional marketing plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of success in a business development capacity within the midstream, utility, or construction sectors
- Established network of industry contacts and a strong understanding of the utility landscape in Arizona and California
- Demonstrated ability to influence internal operational teams and external partners through data-driven logic and strategic persuasion
- Proven ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment while consistently meeting growth objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex project requirements into compelling business proposals
