Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales management experience
- Luxury automotive experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, CRM systems, and desking processes
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
