Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Analyst is the voice of the sales team within the Enablement department. This role identifies the specific needs of the sales teams and translates these requirements into actionable steps, partnering with IT to ensure the sales organization has the insights and resources necessary to win.
What You Will Do
Regularly interview sales reps and managers to identify friction points in their daily workflow, define business logic for new sales dashboards and tools, and ensure every request for a new tool or data point is tied to a specific sales outcome.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 or more years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales-facing project support
- 2 or more years defining and documenting user requirements, specifically for sales users
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, and Sales Enablement platforms
