Role Overview

Join Chain Reaction as a Performance Marketing Manager to oversee project strategy from start to finish, utilizing emerging technologies to create cross-channel deliverables for clients.

What You Will Do

Plan, execute, and optimize high-volume digital campaigns, manage advertising budgets, and create compelling PPC ad copy through A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Display Advertising, as well as people management and team leadership skills. E-commerce experience is a must, and experience with luxury brands is a strong advantage.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics
  • Strong expertise in keyword research, campaign buildouts, ad creation, A/B copy testing, bid management, and lead generation
  • In-depth experience in the Google Display Network and overall Display Advertising
  • Solid knowledge of retargeting/remarketing strategies
  • Demonstrated people management and team leadership skills
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 1 year managing a team
  • E-commerce experience is a must
  • Educational or professional background in Marketing and Advertising is a plus
  • Experience with luxury brands is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in French is a plus
