Role Overview
Lead a regionally focused group of business development sales professionals focused on selling Chamberlain Group Access Control solutions and related products. Partner cross functionally to increase the penetration of our products, focused on growing our Access Control offerings.
What You Will Do
Regularly review progress against account and partner plans, adjust where needed to achieve annual goals. Ensure teams’ achievement of sales goals and targets, and provide coaching to improve performance.

Develop and implement new business development plans to drive new business acquisition, increase sales volumes and profit margins. Improve sales performance of current product and service portfolio, collaborate with product management to assist with customized solutions and future product enhancements.
