Role Overview

Sales Manager in Training role in West Texas area. Lead and direct sales and marketing strategies for site location, create and maintain a highly energized selling culture, and improve revenue performance and market share growth.

What You Will Do

Lead and train sales team, develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, follow up with customers, motivate and coach a winning team, and recruit and set interviews.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation/closer skills
  • Team player with high level of enthusiasm and energy
  • Strong Marketing skills including social media and other sales platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Persuasive but creative strategies to increase traffic and sales in-store
  • Fast-paced, independent, and motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
