Role Overview
Manage M&M’S and SNICKERS portfolio, develop and deliver end-to-end innovation, and build brand campaigns and occasions. Work with cross-functional teams to create integrated business plans and implement brand strategies.
What You Will Do
Develop brand strategies, collect and analyze market data, and create initiatives to accelerate penetration growth. Work with global and local teams to define innovation strategies and develop 5-year innovation pipelines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in MNC FMCG companies, and knowledge of the Chinese market. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
Requirements
