Role Overview
This role is responsible for following up with Inbound leads, as well as maintaining an Outbound book of business. The individual will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our clientele following up on leads, communicating with commercial customers and more.
What You Will Do
Prospect for new clients and grow existing customer sales to meet/exceed truck sales objective. Achieve sales results by managing the local sales process, assisting walk-in customers with their used truck needs, and completing the vehicle check-out process.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Business or Marketing
- Three (3) years of heavy equipment or transportation equipment sales & leasing experience preferred
- Ability to make independent decisions, work well in a team environment, customer service skills, organizational skills, and a positive attitude
- Proven track record of sales ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative-taking, results-oriented with a positive and outgoing personality
- Proficient with software and computers
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively and work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
- Must be flexible and able to work on multiple quotes simultaneously
- Experience with online marketing tools will be preferred
