What You Will Do
Build strong relationships with customers, manage customer expectations, and provide exceptional customer service. Participate in rate matrix reviews, rate calculations, and customer presentations. Identify, manage, and build new business relationships in the target market.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of account management experience in transportation and logistics, or 3+ years of sales and account management experience in the same field. You should have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Requirements
