Role Overview
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to strengthen our Region Zurich & Eastern Switzerland team. You will be responsible for winning new customers and projects, developing your sales area strategically, and increasing sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal interfaces and the operational execution team to ensure smooth implementation.
What You Will Do
You will create independent offers, conduct negotiations, and accompany projects until completion. You will report directly to the sales management and bring your ideas for further market development.

Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the technical field
- Experience in sales and/or technical sales, ideally in the building, HLK, or technical field
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer and service orientation, and a convincing and winning appearance
- Independent, structured, and reliable work with high self-motivation and a developed goal orientation
- High success orientation, but also a good and reliable team player
- Very good German or Swiss German language skills
- Residence in the Zurich/Eastern Switzerland region and driving license category B
