Role Overview
Manage and develop relationships with established clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Focus on maintaining and growing Community Care’s presence within existing accounts.
What You Will Do
Manage growth within existing accounts, strengthen stakeholder relationships, achieve account-based sales targets, deliver presentations and demonstrations, conduct surveys and produce proposals.

Requirements
- Proven track record in Account Management
- Experience of dealing with Local Authorities, CCGs, Housing Authorities, Consultants, Contractors and the Healthcare sector
- Background in the assistive technology market (advantageous)
- Understanding and knowledge of the Telecare, Telehealth and Assisted Living sector (advantageous)
- Experience in negotiating tenders and contracts
- Current UK driving licence
