Role Overview
Join Church & Dwight’s International Marketing team to manage a portfolio of Personal Care brands. Develop global brand strategies, identify new product launch opportunities, and oversee global brand equity. Work closely with the U.S. Domestic Marketing team, Subsidiary Marketers, and Global Markets Group Sales & Marketing teams.
What You Will Do
Lead global brand growth strategies, develop 3-Year Strat Plans and Brand Playbooks, monitor competitive activity, and track new product roll-out performance. Partner with subsidiary marketers and GNPi team to identify global new product needs and support project execution.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate has 5-7 years of marketing experience, classic CPG/FMCG experience, and demonstrated people management capabilities. Must be self-motivated, solution-oriented, collaborative, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- BA/BS required, MBA preferred
- 5-7 years of marketing experience

- Excellent English oral and written communications skills
- Additional language proficiency (French, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) preferred
